Arrival by train
For booking german train tickets please visit www.bahn.de. In front of the train station you will find taxis. But it is a fair walk (10-15 minutes). Start on the road "Bahnhofstraße" in direction post office. On the end of this road turn in front of the city library left into the road "Steinbrücke" and follow this way to the medieval market place. Follow the road "Blasii-Straße" and turn on the end left into "Hohe Straße". Go another 50 Meters and you will find our pension on the left.
Arrival by airplane
The nearest two airports are "Halle-Leipzig" south-east and Airport "Hannover" north-west.
Arrival by car
The next feeder road for the distant-traffic is the road "B 6" from "Wernigerode" or "Aschersleben" and the road "B 79/B 6" from "Halberstadt". Use the junktion into the road "Alte Topf Strasse". the access to this road is only possible heading direction north (away from the castle). If you are heading direction south (facing the castle) leave the junction to "Alte Topf Strasse" behind you and turn after 30 meters in the free big entrance on the other side of the road ("Kegelbahn" - bowling). Now you are heading north and you can turn into the road "Alte Topf Strasse". On the end turn on the left side into the road "Hohe Strasse"
After 20 meters you will see our pension on the right hand side. Drive through the open gate and park in the backyard.
Arrival by bike
Attention for all bikers: The old cobblestone pavement is dangerous for your spokes. There are some plans for building a bike-trail-system. But isn't done yet. So brief the arrival by car section for further information.
